Always Coffee Story

Always Coffee was created in January 2019 by owners Justin Schwartz and Metzti Amaya at age 22. Soon after being fired from their day jobs during the heat of the Pandemic in 2020, they had the opportunity to fully dedicate themselves to building the business. Always Coffee became a great way to implement their Mayan Culture by using all Central American coffees and recipes, as well as telling Native stories through symbols and art throughout the business. As we are constantly learning, growing, and adapting to the ever changing world, we also are actively inspiring & motivating others to, “Do what you love, Always be you.”

     Always Coffee is a plant-based mobile Coffee business that travels all throughout southern-California. Always Coffee prides itself on quality, freshness, eco-friendly materials, and ethical practices for our products. All of the green coffee beans, loose leaf teas, matcha, honey, and chocolate are sourced from other small local family farms and producers we work closely with. Always Coffee is also a small batch coffee roaster providing fresh coffee bags and espresso to every cup! We also offer catering services to special functions throughout southern-California.
